Parking Instructions

From I-45 North:

Exit on Woodlands Parkway (Flyover Bridge)
Take overpass over I-45
2nd Stop Light is Six Pines Drive
Turn Right on Six Pines
Pass through 2 stop lights
Turn left into “Market Street” (Directly across from the Mall)


Once in Market Street:

Street will dead-end at the Tommy Bahama Store
Turn Right, then immediately Left at the first street toward Central Park
Metered parking is available on both sides of this street.

If no spaces are available, turn Right at Potbelly's Sandwich Shop to park behind the building.
Go short distance and turn Right again
Parking available in any uncovered parking space.
Locate the “North Commons” corridor/breezeway that passes through the center of the building.
Park as close to this corridor as you can. (Stop sign is at the corridor/breezeway)


Once you have parked:

Go into the corridor/breezeway labeled “North Commons”.
Enter the glass doors to access the elevator/stairs.
Come to the 3rd floor.
We are to the right, off the elevator, Suite 6330.


Alternate Parking:

  1. Valet Parking: Available directly in front of the North Commons corridor /breezeway on the Central Park side of the building (Front) near the concierge booth.   Pull slightly off the street in front of the corridor, and a valet attendant will assist you.  Fee for service.
  2. Free Parking Garage: Located on the other side of Central Park in the South Commons Building, behind the movie theater.  Enter on either end of the building.  Park and come down elevator to ground level.  Walk across Central Park to the North Commons Building.
